1Customize Invoice PDF

Invoice settings lets you customize the appearance of PDF invoice. To change the invoice settings go to Settings -> Invoice Settings.



Under Invoice Settings you can change the display of PDF copy of Invoice. As shown in above screen shot you can show or hide details on invoice like Company Logo,
Payment Options, Organization Name. You can set starting number and prefix name for invoice creation. You can select the default bank details to show on invoice.

Under Template option you can select any one theme from the available theme. You can also change the background and font color in the selected theme.

Once you have done all changes click SAVE button to save your preferences.

2Email Settings

Setup reminder emails

Under Email settings you can setup preferences to send automatic emails for Unpaid Invoices, Due Invoices and Overdue Invoice. You can enable auto email sender, also select to receive copy of each email yourself,
you can also define frequency of days after which you want to send particular email.



Manage default email content templates

You can manage default content of emails sent from system under Email Settings. Go to Settings -> Email Settings. Click Templates buttons.


This will take you to the screen shown below. Here you can change the content of different emails sent automatically by the system. You can also insert dynamic field place holders like
My Name, My Company Name, Their Name and so on. This place holders get replaced with actual content while sending emails.



How to manage stock?

To manage stock items go to Settings -> Inventory

Under inventory you can create two type of inventory items.
1. Sale Item: Items you just want to add for invoicing purpose and don’t want to track for stock.
2. Stock Item: Items you want to add for invoicing and track it for stock control.

On screen below you can see list of existing inventory items. To edit any item click Edit icon and to delete any item click Delete icon. To add new stock for any inventory
item you are tracking you will see an option to Add Stock as shown in image below.


To add new inventory item click Add Item button. This will open the pop up shown below.


Fill in the details. Sale Price, Account and VAT rate are default settings for that inventory item. This makes invoice creation quicker as as you select the item rest of the details are filled in with default values.

If you want to track the inventory item for stock and reflect stock value on balance sheet tick the box saying ‘I track This Item’ this will then let you enter
Opening Balance, Quantity and Purchase cost which will then be shown on balance sheet. It also tracks live stock and update balance sheet accordingly giving you realtime view of
quantity on hand and its value.

To view detailed history on any inventory item click on Item name. This will take you to the Inventory Details screen as shown below.


Here you can see basic inventory item details, Current quantity, opening balance and Qty, stock in and out history if you are tracking this item.

4Toggle Features


Toggle feaures lets you turn on and off different modules in the software like CRM, HRM, Multi Currency and many others. Also future modules will be added under Toggle Features screen.


Once you have enabled Multi Currency you will see a new option added under Settings -> Other Settings called ‘Currencies. This option will let you select foreign currencies you want to use in invoices, bills and expenses. You can turn on different currencies as per your need.

Once you have turned on the currencies click Save button to save your preference.
